At SVP Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most athletic apparel and footwear. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your SVP Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
